We start with a site walk-through and a specification written around how your building is actually used — then staff it, schedule it, audit it and report on it. You get a named contact and standards that hold when nobody is watching.
Soft FM carries real compliance weight: COSHH management for cleaning chemicals, safe systems of work, waste transfer documentation and DBS-checked staffing where the setting requires it.
Asked before most contracts.
Can you take over from an existing cleaning contractor? +
Yes — transfers are common and often involve TUPE. We manage the process properly and keep service running through the changeover.
Do you supply consumables? +
Yes. Washroom and janitorial consumables can be included, managed and re-stocked as part of the contract.
